1. General

Indi Drone Services (IDS) provides professional drone inspection, mapping and aerial imaging services throughout Australia.

All operations are conducted in accordance with CASA regulations.

Safety is our highest priority. Flights may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather or airspace restrictions.

2. Bookings & Pricing

• Final pricing may vary depending on:

– Travel distance

– Site size

– Job complexity

• Quotes are valid for 7 days

• Large jobs may require a deposit

3. Weather Conditions

Drone operations are weather dependent.

If conditions are unsafe, your booking will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

4. Inspections – What to Expect

Our inspections are non-invasive visual inspections using high-resolution cameras and (when requested) thermal imaging.

This means:

No physical contact with your roof or structure

No removal of tiles or panels

Inspection findings are based on visible conditions at the time of flight.

Our service helps identify potential issues early so you know what to monitor or investigate further.

Our inspections help identify potential issues and may assist your chosen contractor with further investigation if required.

5. Thermal Imaging

Thermal imaging shows temperature differences and may highlight:

• Heat loss

• Moisture patterns

• Electrical irregularities

Thermal imaging assists with identifying potential anomalies but does not replace specialist inspections where required

6. Pest Detection Flights

Thermal pest detection services are observation only:

• Observation only

• No pursuit of animals

• Private land only

• Landowner permission required

7. Deliverables

Depending on your service, you may receive:

• High-resolution images

• Video footage

• Basic inspection summary

Detailed PDF reports are available on request.

8. Cancellations

• More than 48 hours notice – no charge

• Less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

• Weather cancellations – no charge

9. Data & Privacy

• You own your images

• We never sell your data

• Used for marketing only with your permission
